Interioflow exists because interior projects in India run on goodwill, WhatsApp and memory, and all three run out at the final bill. A client adds a wardrobe on a call. A laminate is chosen in a showroom. A deadline moves because the stone is late. Each of those is a decision, and most of them are never written down.

We set out to make the paper trail the easy part. Every quotation, design choice, date change and extra charge goes to the client as a clear request, and they answer it from their phone. Binding decisions are confirmed with a one-time code, so nobody has to argue later about who agreed to what.

• Studios deserve to keep their margin private. Purchase rates and markup are protected by role, not by hoping nobody forwards a spreadsheet.
• Pricing should not punish growth. You pay per site, with unlimited users, so adding a junior designer never adds a bill.
• Every studio's data is its own. No studio can see another's clients, sites or numbers.
