Dashboard — the studio at a glance

Where the working day starts: your clients and sites, what is slipping and what is ready to collect.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Sign in and you land on the Dashboard. The top row counts Clients, Sites, Active, Paused and Slipped milestones.

  2. 2

The charts break the studio down by Sites by status, Work completed, Payment status, Material status, six months of Collections and Progress by site.

  3. 3

The right-hand rail lists Next milestones, Commitments due and stages Ready to collect.

  4. 4

Below, every client is a card with their sites. Search to find one, press + Site on a card to open a new site for that client, or use New site at the top.

  5. 5

A banner shows how many site licences you have left.

Good to know

The dashboard follows what each person may see: staff without payment permissions do not get the Payment status and Collections charts.

Add a client

A client is a person, not a site. One client can have several sites with you.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open Clients → New client and enter the full name. Company, address and notes are optional.

  2. 2

The phone is optional; when given it must be a 10-digit Indian mobile starting 6–9. "+91 98200 11223" or a leading 0 is cleaned up for you.

  3. 3

Tick "Give this client a portal login" to let them into the portal, then set an email and a temporary password. The welcome email carries their sign-in details, and the password is also shown to you once.

  4. 4

A client saved without a login can be given one later with Give login on their row; a password is generated and emailed to them.

  5. 5

Save. Names are title-cased automatically, so "priya sharma" is stored as "Priya Sharma".

Good to know

Only the studio admin can add, edit or delete clients and give them logins. Phone and email must be unique within your studio.

Create a site

A site is one project for one client, with its own deadline, team and fee.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Press New site on Projects or the Dashboard, or + Site on a client's card so the client is already chosen.

  2. 2

Pick the client and give the site a name, an address and, if you like, a Google Maps link — it is shared with the client in their portal.

  3. 3

Set the deadline, the designer fee %, how the fee is collected (per milestone or at the end) and whether commission applies to materials.

  4. 4

Assign the staff who will work on it, then press Create site.

  5. 5

If every licence is in use, the screen says so and offers Buy more sites; staff are asked to speak to the studio admin.

Good to know

The designer fee % locks once any quotation on the site has been approved, so an agreed commission can never move.

Site settings and switches

How each site behaves: who may change what, and what needs the client's approval.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

    Open a site → Overview → Edit.

  2. 2

Change the designer fee %, fee collection, status (Planning, In progress, On hold, Completed, Cancelled), the Google Maps link and the address.

  3. 3

Switch on "Staff may apply a markup" to let staff with the markup permission set markup on this site's purchase bills.

  4. 4

Switch on "Staff may manage milestones and the deadline" to let the site's team edit and complete milestones and change the deadline.

  5. 5

Choose whether deadline changes and milestone changes need the client's approval, and whether commission applies to materials.

Good to know

A completed or cancelled site becomes read-only, except for its fees and payments.

Site licences: buy, renew and upgrade

Each active site uses a licence for a year. Buy more whenever you need them.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open Sites & billing. It shows the licences you hold, the sites using them, what you have bought and your invoices.

  2. 2

Enter How many sites (1–100). The screen shows the subtotal, GST and total at your plan's rate; press Pay and add.

  3. 3

The payment window opens over the same screen. Cancel puts you straight back; on success the licences are added at once and a GST invoice PDF is emailed to you.

  4. 4

From 30 days before a site's year ends it appears under Sites to renew. Press Renew, choose Renew for (days) — priced pro rata — and Pay and renew.

  5. 5

Use Move to a bigger plan → Upgrade to this plan for a better per-site rate.

Good to know

A site still being worked on locks when its licence year ends, until you renew it or mark it completed. Payments are reconciled with the gateway every 15 minutes, so one that succeeds while your connection drops still lands.

Interior designer 6 of 29

Plan milestones and sub-tasks

Milestones are what the client sees. Sub-tasks are your team's internal checklist.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Milestones & progress → Add milestone. Give it a title, a planned date, an internal description and, if fees are collected per milestone, its fee.

  2. 2

Change the order with the Move up and Move down arrows; the client's timeline follows the same order.

  3. 3

Under "Sub-tasks · internal only", press Add for each piece of work and pick who on the site team does it. Click a sub-task's circle to move it from To do to In progress to Done.

  4. 4

When the stage is finished, press Complete on the milestone. Any collection stage tied to it becomes due and the client is told.

  5. 5

Editing a milestone's title, date or fee may need the client's approval: the row then shows "Edit awaiting client" until they answer, and you can Cancel request.

Good to know

Sub-tasks show as "x/y sub-tasks" on the milestone and are never shown to the client; the milestone itself is marked done with Complete.

Interior designer 7 of 29

Post progress photos and video

The client sees the work happen without a call.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Milestones & progress and open the milestone the work belongs to.

  2. 2

Under "Progress · visible to the client", press Post update.

  3. 3

Write a note, set the date and add up to 10 photos or videos (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 12 MB each).

  4. 4

The update appears on the client's Progress tab straight away.

Interior designer 8 of 29

Quotations and revisions

Versioned quotations, approved by the client with a code.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Quotations & approvals → New quotation. Add lines with Add from catalog or Add line — each has a description, quantity and rate.

  2. 2

Give it a title and notes if you want; notes are printed on the PDF. The total is the lines plus your designer commission.

  3. 3

Edit draft changes a draft in place. Press Send to client when it is ready: it appears in the client's Approvals and their bell.

  4. 4

When the client asks for a code to approve, the quotation PDF is attached to that email. They can also download it from the portal.

  5. 5

To change a sent or rejected quotation, press Revise: a new version is created and needs a fresh approval. Every change is kept in the change log.

  6. 6

When the client does not need to approve it, tick "Approve it now" as you create it, or press Approve directly on a draft or a quotation awaiting the client. It counts towards the site straight away, and the change log records who approved it and why.

  7. 7

Press Cancel, with a reason, to withdraw a quotation the client has seen or one already decided. Material and labour on it are released to bill again — tick "Also take the material back into the store" to return the material too.

Good to know

An approved quotation can no longer be edited, only cancelled — and not while designer fee scheduled against it would exceed the commission left. Only drafts are deleted. Purchase cost and markup never appear on a quotation or its PDF.

Interior designer 9 of 29

Client approvals with an email code

An approval is tied to a person and a moment, not to a click.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Quotations, deadline changes, milestone changes, direct material and labour charges, and design approvals that ask for a code all reach the client's Approvals tab.

  2. 2

The client presses Approve or Reject, then Send code. A 6-digit code is emailed to them; it works for 15 minutes and Resend issues a new one.

  3. 3

Entering the code records the decision against that person with the time, and it cannot be changed afterwards.

  4. 4

You are told in the notification bell, and the decision is written to the site's activity log.

Interior designer 10 of 29

Design approvals

Colours, finishes, layouts and agreements signed off in writing.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Design approvals → New approval request and choose what needs approval: design concept, mood board, colour palette, layout, 3D views, material and finish, furniture, lighting, agreement, payment terms or other.

  2. 2

Give it a title, details, a Reply by date and, optionally, the milestone it belongs to.

  3. 3

Add 2–6 options for the client to choose between, each with a name, a note and a picture — or none if it is a simple yes or no. Attach drawings or PDFs (up to 10 at a time, 20 in all).

  4. 4

Tick "Confirm with an emailed code" when the decision must be binding; it is on by default for agreements and payment terms. Press Send to client.

  5. 5

Track requests as Awaiting client, Needs your revision, Approved or Withdrawn. Edit a pending one, Revise & resend a new version after changes are requested, or Withdraw it.

Good to know

The client is reminded in their bell the day before the reply date, and each day once it is overdue. An approved request is settled and cannot be changed.

Interior designer 11 of 29

Change the site deadline

Dates move. The record of when and why stays.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Overview and press Change deadline on the Deadline card.

  2. 2

Pick the new date and, ideally, the reason — it is shown to the client in the approval email.

  3. 3

Tick "Ask the client to approve this" to send it to the client; leave it off to apply the date immediately.

  4. 4

The history lists every change: old and new date, who asked, when, the reason and whether it was approved. A pending request can be cancelled.

Good to know

When staff change the deadline, the site's "Deadline changes need client approval" switch decides whether the client is asked.

Interior designer 12 of 29

Pause, resume and reopen a site

For the site that is on hold but not finished.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Press Pause site at the top of the site, give the reason for pausing and confirm. The site goes On hold and counts under Paused on the dashboard.

  2. 2

Press Resume site when work restarts, with a short note.

  3. 3

Both are kept in the site's Pause history and the activity log.

  4. 4

A completed or cancelled site can be brought back with Reopen site, as long as a licence is free.

Good to know

A paused site still uses its licence; only completed and cancelled sites free one.

Interior designer 13 of 29

Material inward into your store

Record what arrived from the vendor, against their bill.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open Material & stock → Record inward.

  2. 2

Choose the vendor, or type a new vendor name, and enter the bill number and date.

  3. 3

Add a line for each material: pick it from the catalog or type a name that is not in it, then the quantity, unit, purchase rate, price and GST.

  4. 4

Attach the bill PDFs or photos (up to 10). More can be added later from Inward history.

  5. 5

The stock lands in your store and shows under In store, ready to send to sites. A typed item can be added to the catalog with To catalog.

  6. 6

Typed something wrong? Press the pencil on the line, in the store or in Inward history. While none of it is on a site, the quantity, purchase rate, price, GST and unit can all be corrected; once some has gone, only the quantity — and never below what has gone.

Good to know

Seeing purchase rates after they are saved needs the inward cost permission and the studio policy that lets team roles see purchase cost.

Interior designer 14 of 29

Send material to a site, bill it and take it back

From the store to the site, and on to the client's bill — with every drop on one ledger.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Material. "Available in the store" lists what you hold.

  2. 2

Press Send, enter the quantity and the rate to assign, and choose how it reaches the client: quote it, bill it directly, or not billable. Use Write off for wastage or a return to the vendor, with a reason.

  3. 3

Under "Bill this material to the client", select lines and press Create quotation — tick "Approve it now" if the client does not need to — or Charge directly.

  4. 4

A direct charge goes to the client for approval with an email code. Under Charged directly, open any charge to see every line it covered; if the client rejects it, its material and labour are freed to bill another way.

  5. 5

"Material on this site" is the ledger of everything sent: on the site, billed, awaiting the client, not billed yet, and — if you may see it — cost and margin. Filter it by Not billed yet, On a quotation, Charged directly, Not billable, Back in the store or Written off.

  6. 6

Material not billed yet can come back: press Take back on its row and choose how much. To take back material already on a quotation, cancel the quotation first; for a pending charge, withdraw it.

Good to know

Every site of a client, with where each drop stands, is in Reports → Material issued to sites, filtered by that client.

Interior designer 15 of 29

Labour and other charges

Carpenters, painters, transport and every other cost that is not material.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Labour & charges → Add charge.

  2. 2

Choose labour or miscellaneous and enter the date, what it is for, the quantity and unit, the rate billed to the site and who was paid.

  3. 3

Optionally record what it cost the studio — that figure stays internal.

  4. 4

Bill charges the same way as material: Create quotation, or Charge directly for the client to approve with a code.

  5. 5

The totals show labour, miscellaneous, the cost to the studio and your margin.

Good to know

Cost and margin figures are shown only to people allowed to see purchase cost.

Interior designer 16 of 29

Commitments and collection stages

What you promised, and when each payment falls due.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Commitments. Add a commitment — what is promised, the kind (delivery, handover, payment, visit or other), its due date and any detail.

  2. 2

Close each commitment as Met or Missed. Open ones show under Commitments due on the dashboard.

  3. 3

Under collection stages, add each payment you will collect: a label, the milestone it follows, the amount or %, the due date and whether it is collected when the milestone completes or only when you raise it.

  4. 4

When the milestone is completed the stage becomes due, the client is told, and it appears under Ready to collect. Collect records the payment.

Interior designer 17 of 29

Purchase bills and markup

What you paid, what you charged, and the margin between them.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Purchases → Upload bill.

  2. 2

Enter the vendor, bill number, bill date and bill amount, and attach the bill (one PDF or image, up to 10 MB).

  3. 3

Add the items with quantity and unit purchase cost, and set a markup % for the whole bill or per item. Markup can be changed later with Set markup %.

  4. 4

The tab shows purchase spend, the client cost after markup and spend by vendor.

Good to know

Staff can set markup only on sites where "Staff may apply a markup" is on and their role carries the markup permission.

Interior designer 18 of 29

The material catalog and vendors

The price list your quotations and inward entries are built from.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open Catalog. Add categories with + Category and materials with + Material, or bring a list in with Import CSV.

  2. 2

A material has a name, category, unit, rate, piece price, GST % and HSN code, and a table of vendors who supply it with their rate, minimum order, lead time and which one is preferred.

  3. 3

Open Vendors & rates. The Vendor master holds each supplier's GSTIN, contact, payment terms and a 1–5 rating; the Rate book compares what each vendor charges.

Good to know

Managing vendors and seeing or editing vendor rates are separate permissions. A role without them sees the vendor, not what you buy at.

Interior designer 19 of 29

Fees and payments

The designer fee schedule, and every payment the client makes.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

    Open a site → Fees & payments.

  2. 2

Build the fee schedule with Split (1–24 instalments as a % of commission) or + Add. Each entry is an instalment within the cap, or an additional chargeable on top of it.

  3. 3

Instalments cannot exceed the commission earned on approved quotations; the screen refuses a schedule that goes over.

  4. 4

Record money as it arrives with + Fee or + Site — designer fee and site quotation payments are kept in separate columns — with the date, method and notes. Fee rows also have Record.

  5. 5

The client sees the total, what is paid and what is pending — never your margin.

Good to know

Staff see this tab only if their role carries the fee or payment permissions.

Interior designer 20 of 29

Invoice your client

Numbered GST invoices for quotations and fees, emailed with the PDF.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Once, open Invoice details in the sidebar and fill in your business name, office address and state — plus your GSTIN, PAN, bank account, number prefix, jurisdiction and declaration if you have them.

  2. 2

On an approved quotation press Invoice, on a fee instalment press Invoice, or open a site → Invoices and pick what to invoice. A draft opens with the client, their address and the lines filled in.

  3. 3

Check the buyer, their GSTIN and place of supply, and the lines — a line can carry a whole scope of work and an HSN/SAC code. The total shows the GST as you type.

  4. 4

Press Issue invoice. It takes the next number for the financial year, such as BRIX/2026-27/001, and can no longer change.

  5. 5

Press Send: the PDF is emailed to the client and appears on their Costs tab. Resend at any time; Cancel with a reason if it was wrong — the number stays used, and a fee goes back to being due.

Good to know

GST follows your registration: no GSTIN means a plain invoice with no GST; a client in your state pays CGST and SGST, anyone else IGST. Add the client's GSTIN and state on their client record.

Interior designer 21 of 29

Reports and exports

Eighteen reports across sites, money, clients, vendors and material.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open Reports. Sites: register, delivery performance, promises kept and team workload. Money: profitability, quotation pipeline, payments received, outstanding, fee register, labour and extra charges.

  2. 2

Clients: the client register. Vendors: vendor spend and rate comparison. Material: inward register, stock on hand, material issued to sites, purchase bills and purchase tax summary.

  3. 3

Filter by dates (or a quick period), site, client or vendor, then export as PDF or CSV.

  4. 4

Inside a site, the Reports tab opens the same reports already filtered to it, plus the combined quotation and the payment report.

Good to know

Each report is its own permission, and exporting is one more, so you decide which roles see which figures.

Interior designer 22 of 29

Team and site assignment

Who works for you, and which sites they reach.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open Team → Add team member with their name, email, phone, role and a temporary password, then Create account.

  2. 2

On each row, change the role, press Sites to choose the sites they work on, Reset to issue a new password (shown once), or Disable to stop the login at once.

  3. 3

The "Who is on each site" panel shows and changes the team of every site.

Good to know

You cannot disable or delete yourself, and the last admin cannot be moved off the admin role.

Interior designer 23 of 29

Roles and permissions

Business-sensitive information is visible only where you say so.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open Roles & permissions. Ready-made roles are provided: Sr. Interior Designer, Interior Designer, Jr. Interior Designer, Site Supervisor and Accountant.

  2. 2

Pick a role, tick or untick permissions — vendor rates, purchase cost, fees, payments, every report and more — and press Save permissions.

  3. 3

Use New role for your own, as a studio team role or a studio admin role, which holds everything.

  4. 4

Staff see only the sites they are assigned to unless their role holds "See every site in the studio".

  5. 5

Changes apply on the role's next click; no one has to sign out.

Good to know

Purchase cost on inward and bills also needs the studio policy "Team roles may see purchase cost" in Settings. As the studio admin you hold every permission, so you cannot lock yourself out.

Interior designer 24 of 29

The client's login

One login per client, across every studio they work with.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Give a login when adding the client, or later with Give login on their row.

  2. 2

If that email already belongs to a client of another studio, the existing login is linked: their password is kept and the welcome email carries none.

  3. 3

They then see all their sites — yours and any other studio's — in one list.

  4. 4

A studio or staff account can never be turned into a client login, and the other way round.

Good to know

Linking a login does not share your client record. Each studio's details, notes and money stay separate.

Interior designer 25 of 29

Messages, site visits and notes

The conversation lives on the site, not on WhatsApp.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Messages. There is one thread per site shared by your team and the client; it refreshes by itself.

  2. 2

Use Record a site visit to log a visit with its date, time and notes — it is posted in the thread, so the client sees it.

  3. 3

Use Add an activity note for something that should go on the site's record only.

  4. 4

Unread messages show as counts on the tab and in the bell.

The activity log

Who did what, and when.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Open a site → Activity log for the full trail: approvals, quotation versions, deadlines, progress, payments, pauses and edits.

  2. 2

Filter by Milestones, Quotations, Deadlines, Progress, Money or Project, or search.

  3. 3

Staff see the same log, without payment entries unless their role carries fee, payment or financial-activity permissions.

  1. 1

The bell sits at the top of the sidebar (and the top bar on a phone).

  2. 2

  3. 3

Open an item to go straight to it, or press Mark all read.

Notifications are in the product, not by email: email is used for sign-in details, approval codes and invoices.

Your studio's data is private

Isolation is enforced in the database, not by hiding screens.

About this role

The interior designer runs the studio end to end: clients, sites, milestones, quotations, design approvals, material, labour, purchases, fees and payments, the team and their roles, and the studio's site licences. They see every number on every site, and nothing in their studio is visible to any other studio.

  1. 1

Every record belongs to exactly one studio and every query is scoped to it automatically.

  2. 2

There is no screen, export or link that reaches another studio's clients, sites or money.

  3. 3

Platform staff can create and support studios but cannot open your sites, quotations, bills or financials.

The sites you can open

Your role and your site assignments decide what you reach.

About this role

Staff are the execution team. They work inside the sites they reach, update what is happening on the ground, and see only what their role allows: most roles never see fees, payments or the studio's purchase cost and margin.

  1. 1

Sign in and the dashboard lists the sites you can open, grouped by client.

  2. 2

Most roles reach only the sites they are assigned to; a site you are not on does not appear and will not open.

Roles such as Sr. Interior Designer and Accountant see every site in the studio.

  4. 4

Ask the studio admin if a site you work on is missing.
