About Interioflow
What is Interioflow?
Interioflow is project management software for interior designers and design studios in India. It keeps clients, sites, milestones, quotations, material, approvals and payments in one place, and gives each client a portal to follow their own project.
Who is Interioflow for?
Independent interior designers, interior design studios with a team, and turnkey or execution firms that handle material and labour. Clients use it through their own portal.
Does Interioflow work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in any browser. Every screen works at phone width, including the client portal and approvals.
Approvals
How do client approvals work?
You send a quotation, a date change, a material charge or a design approval. The client is notified by email and in their portal, then approves or rejects it. Binding decisions are confirmed with a 6-digit code emailed to them, and the decision is recorded with the time.
Can a client reject a quotation?
Yes. Clients can approve or reject any request. A rejection is logged and the studio is notified, so you can revise and send a new version.
What can I send for design approval?
Design concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, layouts and floor plans, 3D views, materials and finishes, furniture, lighting, agreements and payment terms. You can offer 2 to 6 options with images.
Money
Do clients see my purchase rates or markup?
No. Purchase bills, vendor rates and markup stay inside the studio. Clients see the quoted rates and the final cost.
Can I collect my designer fee in stages?
Yes. Split it into instalments, or tie collection stages to milestones so each payment falls due when that work is complete.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. Materials carry HSN codes and GST rates, quotation lines carry GST, and site licence purchases come with GST invoices.
Pricing
How is Interioflow priced?
Per site, with a yearly licence for each site and unlimited users. Every studio can start with a free site. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add your whole team and all your clients at no extra cost.
What happens when a site's year ends?
A site still in progress locks for the studio until it is renewed; you can renew for any number of days up to three years. A completed site never needs renewing, and the client portal never locks.
Security
Can one studio see another studio's data?
No. Every studio's clients, sites, catalog and money are isolated, and this is covered by automated tests.
Who in my team can see what?
Each role holds exactly the permissions you tick. Roles can be limited to assigned sites, and the purchase rate needs both a studio policy and a role permission.
