Clients

A client portal for interior projects your clients will actually use

Every client gets a portal for their own sites. They follow milestones and progress photos, see what the project costs and what is paid, read quotations, answer approvals and message the studio. Purchase rates, markup, vendors and internal tasks are never shown.

How client portal works

What your client sees, from progress to messages. A real recording of Interioflow with a sample studio's data, 86 seconds.

The problem

Clients do not want another app full of jargon. They want to know three things: how far along the work is, what it costs, and what is waiting for them. When that information is scattered, they call you, at 10 pm.

What you get

  • Progress, costs, quotations, approvals and messages in five tabs
  • Works on a phone without scrolling sideways
  • One login for a client of several studios
  • Nothing internal is ever shown
  • Unread counts and a welcome summary after sign-in

How it works

  1. 1

    Issue a login

Create a portal login when you add the client, or later from the client list.

  2. 2

    They land on their site

One site opens directly; several sites, even with different studios, show as cards.

  3. 3

    The bell shows what waits

Approvals, updates and messages, counted until they are seen.

  4. 4

    They answer from anywhere

Approve, request changes or reject on a phone, with a code for binding items.

Questions about client portal

Does my client need to install an app?

No. The portal opens in any browser on a phone or a computer.

Can a client see another client's site?

No. A client only ever sees their own sites.

Can clients message the studio?

Yes. Each site has one message thread between the client and the studio.
