Questions about approvals & pricing.
How do client approvals work?+
When a quotation, deadline extension or milestone change needs sign-off, the admin sends an approval request. The client receives an email with a one-time password (OTP) and a clear description of what they are approving. Once the OTP is verified, the decision is recorded in the project log.
Can a client reject a quotation?+
Yes. Clients can approve or reject any approval request. A rejection is logged with the timestamp and the project can be revised before sending a fresh request.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Interioflow is a flat per-site price. Add unlimited staff, clients and vendors to a project for one year at no extra cost.
What happens after one year?+
Each site is valid for one year from creation. You can renew the site for another year, or keep historical data view-only.
Is the pricing suitable for small designers?+
Yes. The plan is built for independent designers and small-to-medium studios who need a professional approval workflow without enterprise software costs.
Can I add staff to a project after it is created?+
Absolutely. Super admins can invite new staff, assign existing staff, or remove staff from a project at any time.
Do clients see purchase bills or markup?+
No. Purchase bills, vendor rates and markup are only visible to super admins and selected staff. Clients see the final, polished cost for each material.
